[1]Under section 163 Employment Rights Act 1996 it is determined that the claimant is entitled to a redundancy payment in the sum of £1,117.30. The Respondent has already paid the Claimant £403.45. Therefore, the Respondent shall pay the Claimant the remaining balance of £713.85. Holiday Pay[2]The complaint in respect of holiday pay is well-founded. The respondent failing to pay the claimant for holidays accrued but not taken on the date the claimant’s employment ended of 9.13 days.[3]The respondent shall pay the claimant £680.06. This is a gross sum. The claimant is responsible for any tax or national insurance.
