JUDGMENT
[1]With the parties’ consent, the name of the respondent is substituted from Gerald O’Donnell to CCR Building Services Limited.[2]The claimant’s claim for holiday pay was presented outside the time limit in regulation 30(2)(a) of the Working Time Regulations 1998 and the Tribunal does not extend time under regulation 30(2)(b) of the Working Time Regulations 1998 because the Tribunal decides that it was reasonably practicable for the claimant to present his claim in time. His claim is therefore dismissed because the Tribunal does not have jurisdiction to hear it.
