Miss I Brooks-Manley v Secretary of State for Justice: 1303217/2021
JUDGMENT
This claim is dismissed pursuant to Rule 47 of the Employment Tribunal Rules as the claimant failed to attend or to be represented at the hearing. The claimant is in breach of numerous orders of the tribunal. The tribunal made such enquiries that were practicable today to ascertain the reasons for the claimant’s absence, which showed that the claimant did not want to attend at the hearing. Employment Judge Dimbylow 26 April 2023 Note: Reasons for the judgement having been given orally at the hearing, written reasons will not be provided unless a request was made by either party at the hearing (and no such request was made) or a written request is presented by either party within 14 days of the sending of this written record of the decision.
