JUDGMENT
[1]The claimant was unfairly dismissed by the respondent H er claim of unfair dismissal succeeds.[2]The respondent breached the claimant’s contract of employment by failing to give her notice of termination of her employment.[3]The respondent failed to pay the claimant in respect of holiday accrued but untaken at the date of termination of her employment.[4]The respondent made unlawful deductions from the claimant’s wages by failing to pay her in respect of all hours actually worked.
