JUDGMENT
[1]Pursuant to Section 108(1) of the Employment Rights Act 1996, the claimant’s claim for unfair dismissal is dismissed for want of jurisdiction.[2]Pursuant to Section 123(1) of the Equality Act 2010, the claimant’s claim for racial harassment is dismissed for want of jurisdiction.[3]For the avoidance of doubt, the claimant claims for unlawful deductions from wages and unpaid holiday pay are unaffected by this judgement and will continue to a final hearing listed for 21 October 2022 in accordance with the case management order issued today.
