JUDGMENT
[1]It was not reasonably practicable for the claimant to have presented his claim f or authorised deductions from wages within the prescribed time limit. It was presented within a further period that the Tribunal considered to be reasonable. Therefore, the Tribunal has jurisdiction to hear this claim.[2]The respondent made an unauthorised deduction from wages by failing to pay the claimant the full amount of wages due for July 2020 and January 2022 and is ordered to pay to the claimant the sum of £1447.61 being the gross sum deducted.[3]The claim for a statutory redundancy payment is well-founded. The respondent is ordered to pay the sum of £ 758.64.
