JUDGMENT
[1]The claimant was unfairly and wrongfully dismissed by the respondent.[2]The respondent shall pay the claimant:(i) A basic award of £2280 (based on 4 years of service, claimant was 61 at the time of dismissal and agreed gross weekly pay of £380).(ii) Loss of statutory rights £500.(iii) Unpaid net notice pay of £990 (based on a notice period of 4 weeks, agreed net weekly pay of £330 and the agreed fact that the claimant had only been paid 1 weeks notice).(iv) A total of £3770.[3]The recoupment provisions do not apply to this award.
