JUDGMENT

[1]The respondent failed to comply with its duty to make reasonable adjustments pursuant to ss.20 and 21 of the Equality Act 2010 by failing to provide the claimant with a suitable desk and/or chair between March 2020 and 13 July 2022.

[2]The claimant’s remedy in respect of the above will be assessed at a hearing to take place on 3 and 4 July 2022.

[3]For the avoidance of doubt, the claimant’s claim that there was an unlawful deduction from her wages will be determined at the hearing on 3 and 4 July 2023.
