JUDGMENT
[1]The respondent has agreed to pay to the claimant 25½ hours banked hours equivalent to £344.76 gross.[2]The claimant’s complaints that he was not paid, wages, overtime, a bonus and for failure to provide payslips are struck out pursuant to r.38 Employment Tribunal Rules of Procedure 2024.[3]The claimant was unfairly dismissed. Had a fair procedure been followed he would have been fairly dismissed by the same point in any event by reason of redundancy. The respondent shall pay to the claimant a Basic Award in the agreed sum of £1,027.52. No compensatory award is made.[4]The claimant accepted he has been paid his notice pay. That claim is dismissed.
