On hearing the Claimant herself and Ms M Bouffe (Counsel) for the Respondent:[1]It was not reasonably practicable for the Claimant to have presented her ET1 in time.[2]An extension of time was granted to 14 November 2023 for the Claimant to have presented her ET1 form.[3]The Claim form was not presented until 26 February 2024 and therefore remains out of time.[4]Consequently, the Tribunal has no jurisdiction to hear it and the Claim is dismissed.
