Employment Tribunals Rules of Procedure 2013 – Rule 21 In default of the Respondent presenting a Response within the relevant time limit and having regard to Rule 21, Schedule 1 of the Employment Tribunals (Constitution and Rules of Procedure) Regulations 2013, the Judgment of the Tribunal is that:[1]The claimant was dismissed by reason of redundancy and is entitled to a redundancy payment of £6448.00[2]The respondent has failed to pay the claimant’s holiday entitlement and must pay the claimant £496.000.[3]The total sum payable by the respondent to the claimant is £6944.00.[4]The hearing listed on 28 September 2022 is cancelled. The sums payable above are the gross amounts to be paid and the claimant is responsible for any income tax and National Insurance contributions thereon.
