[1]The Claim was listed for Final Hearing by CVP on 3 January 2023 as set out in the Notice of Hearing dated 23 June 2022. The parties were provided with information to enable them to access CVP on 18 August 2022.[2]The Claimant did not attend the Final Hearing by CVP on 3 January 2023. She did not contact the Tribunal or the Respondent. The Tribunal contacted the Claimant by telephone. It went to answerphone and a message was left. No response was received from the Claimant.[3]The Claimant did not comply with the Tribunal’s Orders dated 23 June 2022.[4]The Claimant’s claim was therefore struck out on the following grounds:• Non-compliance with the Tribunal’s Orders dated 23 June 2022• It has not been actively pursued.
