JUDGMENT
[1]The claimant’s claim for unpaid wages, holiday pay and expenses is well founded and succeeds.[2]The respondent is ordered to pay the claimant(1) the sum of £8,035 (gross) in respect of accrued but untaken holidays and unpaid wages. This payment is subject to tax and national insurance contributions; and(2) expenses in the sum of £2,725.88.[3]The Tribunal does not have jurisdiction to deal with the claimant’s claim for the repayment of a loan which he made to the respondent. Note Reasons for the judgment having been given orally at the hearing, written reasons will not be provided unless a Case number 1302990/18 request was made by either party at the hearing or a written request is presented by either party within 14 days of the sending of this written record of the decision.
