[1]The Claim for unfair dismissal is well founded as the dismissal was procedurally unfair. The Claimant is awarded compensation for unfair dismissal in the sum of £650.30 (net).[2]The Claimant’s Claim for failure to pay notice pay is well founded. The Claimant is due the sum of £2,276.05 (net) for seven (7) weeks’ notice pay.[3]The Claimant’s remaining claims for Breach of Contract and failure to pay wages are not well founded and are dismissed.[4]The Respondent’s counterclaim for Breach of Contract is not well founded and are dismissed.
