[1]By consent:a. The respondent made an unlawful deduction from the claimant’s wages. The respondent is ordered to pay the claimant the gross sum of £1130.38.b. The respondent breached the claimant’s contract of employment. The respondent is ordered to pay the claimant the gross sum of £334.13 in respect of notice pay as damages for wrongful dismissal.[2]The claimant acted unreasonably in his conduct of the proceedings in rejecting a settlement in excess of the sums ordered above, despite having been advised that these were the only sums to which he would be entitled in the Employment Tribunal. The claimant is ordered to make the respondent a payment in respect of the respondent’s preparation time in respect of 15 hours prior to today’s hearing at the hourly rate of £42, being a total sum of £630.00. 1 of 2 Case Number: 1302884/22 V
