JUDGMENT
[1]The Claimant’s complaint in respect of holiday pay is well-founded. The respondent failed to pay the Claimant in accordance with Regulation 14 (1) of the Working Time Regulations 1998. The Respondent must pay the Claimant the sum of £537.57, net of tax and national insurance.[2]The Claimant’s claim for unauthorised deductions from wages is wellfounded. The Respondent made an unauthorised deduction from the Claimant’s wages by not paying her for the days worked of 1 and 2 December 2022. The Respondent must pay to the Claimant the sum of £152.95, net of tax and national insurance.[3]The Respondent failed to provide the Claimant with a written statement of particulars of employment. The Respondent must pay to the Claimant the sum of £960 gross (being two weeks’ gross pay) pursuant to Section 38 of the Employment Act 2002.
