Employment Tribunals Rules of Procedure 2013 – Rule 21 In default of the Respondent presenting a Response within the relevant time limit and having regard to Rule 21, Schedule 1 of the Employment Tribunals (Constitution and Rules of Procedure) Regulations 2013, the Judgment of the Tribunal is that:[1]The respondent has made an unauthorised deduction from the claimant’s wages and is ordered to pay the claimant the gross £1380.00.[2]The claimant was dismissed in breach of contract in respect of notice and the respondent is ordered to pay damages to the claimant in the sum of £920.00.[3]The total sum payable by the respondent to the claimant is £2300.00.[4]The hearing listed for the 3 November 2022 is cancelled. The sums payable above are the gross amounts to be paid and the claimant is responsible for any income tax and National Insurance contributions thereon.
