By consent, the Judgment of the Employment Tribunal is that:[1]The claimant had a disability under the Equality Act 2010 during the period 11 May 2023 to 27 Oct 2023 by reason of the following medical conditions: Psoriatic Arthropathy and Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus.[2]The claimant did not have a disability under the Equality Act 2010 by reason of Ischaemic Heart Disease or Hypertension.
