[1]The Claimant’s claim of pregnancy discrimination under Section 18 of the Equality Act 2010 is well-founded and succeeds.[2]The Claimant’s claim of harassment under Section 26 of the Equality Act 2010 is well-founded and succeeds.[3]The Claimant’s claim of victimisation under Section 27 of the Equality Act 2010 is not well-founded and fails.[4]The Respondent is ordered to pay to the Claimant the sum of £23,489.17 (twenty three thousand four hundred and eighty nine pounds and seventeen pence) compensation under Section 124 of the Equality Act 2010.
