JUDGMENT
[1]The Claimant was at all material times a disabled person, as defined by Section 6 of the Equality Act 2010.[2]The claim of unfair dismissal is dismissed on withdrawal.[3]The following claims are also dismissed on withdrawal (claim numbers refer to the numbers in the Scott Schedule at pages 185 - 201 of the bundle prepared for today’s Preliminary Hearing):- Claim numbers: 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 7a, 10a, 14, 18 and 22[4]The claim under Section 11 of the Employment Relations Act 1999 (the right to be accompanied) is struck out on the basis that it has no reasonable prospect of success. It is out of time and the Claimant has provided no particulars which could possibly support an argument that the tribunal should extend time, despite having had the opportunity to do so.[5]The following claims are struck out as they have not been particularised in accordance with the tribunal’s orders and in addition appear to disclose no justiciable cause of action: Claim numbers 12, 15, 21, 24 and 25 Page 1 of 2 Case No: 1302752/16
