The claim is struck out.REASONS
[1]By a letter dated 10 February 2025 and later clarified by a letter dated 28 May 2025 the Tribunal gave the claimant an opportunity to make representations or to request a hearing, as to why the claim should not be struck out because:• The Tribunal lacks jurisdiction to consider the claimant’s claim for constructive unfair dismissal on the basis that the claimant presented her claim to the Tribunal on 8 February 2024 but communicated her resignation to the respondent on 11 February 2024. Accordingly, no dismissal had taken place, constructive or otherwise, as at the date of presentation.[2]The claimant has failed to make any sufficient representations, why this should not be done or to request a hearing. The claim is therefore struck out.
