JUDGMENT

[1]Upon the respondent’s failure to attend this hearing without notice or explanation or response to the contact previously made by this tribunal via post where no telephone or email contact details are known, and the tribunal having waited until after 14:15 before proceeding, it is ordered that the hearing will proceed in the absence of the respondent pursuant to Rule 47, Schedule 1 of the Employment Tribunals (Constitution and Rules of Procedure) Regulations 2013.[2]The Claimant’s application to extend the time for presentation of her complaint pursuant to section 111(2)(b) of the Employment Rights Act 1996 is granted. The Tribunal has jurisdiction, subject to s.111 Employment Rights Act 1996, to hear the Claimant’s claim of unlawful deduction from wages.[3]The claimant’s claim for unlawful deduction from wages is well founded. The respondent has made unlawful deductions from the claimant's wages by failing to pay to the claimant her full salary from 15 November 2021 to 26 November 2021. The respondent is ordered to pay to the claimant the sum of £455.50 (net) by 23 December 2022.
