Employment Tribunals Rules of Procedure 2013 – Rule 21[1]The respondents made unlawful deductions from the claimant’s wages.[2]The hearing on 29 January 2018 will remain listed, but will now deal with remedy only. The claimant is directed to provide the following further information in writing to the tribunal and the respondents by 4pm on 17 November 2017, namely:(a) the period of time to which the claim relates, and(b) the gross amount (that is, the amount before deduction of tax and NI) which the claimant says is due. Upon receipt of this information the tribunal will consider whether to issue a judgement on remedy based on the paperwork available and cancel the further hearing.
