JUDGMENT
[1]At all material times the claimant was employed by the respondent Rima Freight Services Limited.[2]The claimant was dismissed by the respondent by reason of redundancy.[3]The claimant is entitled to a redundancy payment of £3048.[4]The claimant’s claim for unpaid wages is well-founded and the respondent is ordered to pay to the claimant the sum of £1245.35.[5]The claimant’s claim for unpaid wages (notice pay) is well-founded and the respondent is ordered to pay to the claimant the sum of £172.54. 5 The claimant’s claim for unpaid holiday pay is well-founded and the respondent is ordered to pay to the claimant the sum of £540.
