JUDGMENT
[1]The claimant’s complaint of unlawful deduction from wages is dismissed, following a withdrawal of those complaints by the claimant.[2]The claimant’s complaint for pregnancy or maternity related discrimination is dismissed. The claims being pursued are claims of alleged detriment contrary to s47C (leave for family and domestic reasons) and/or s47E (flexible working) of the ERA and unfair dismissal contrary to s99 (leave for family reasons) and/or s104C (flexible working) of the ERA.[3]This does not affect the claimant’s other claims.
