JUDGMENT
[1]The identity of the Respondent shall be amended to Solo Service Group Limited.[2]It is declared that the Respondent has made an unlawful deduction of wages and the Claimant shall be paid £367.50 by the Respondent in respect thereof.[3]The Respondent failed to pay the Claimant accrued holiday pay upon the termination of her employment and the Claimant shall be paid £142.50 in respect thereof by the Respondent.[4]Upon the provisions of section 38 (3) of the Employment Act 2002 being met the award is increased by £210.00.[5]For the avoidance of doubt the total sum payable under this Judgment is £720.00.
