JUDGMENT

[1]The claimant was fairly dismissed by reason of his conduct. Therefore, his claim for unfair dismissal is not well-founded, fails and is dismissed.

[2]The claimant’s claim for damages for breach of contract over the respondent’s failure to give notice or payment in lieu thereof is not well-founded, fails and is dismissed.

[3]By consent, the claim for breach of contract over expenses is well-founded, and I order the respondent to pay the claimant an agreed amount of damages in the sum of £21.00.
