JUDGMENT
[1]The claimant’s unfair dismissal claim was presented out of time, it was reasonably practicable for the claim to be presented in time and the tribunal does not have jurisdiction to hear it.[2]The claimant’s direct race discrimination claim was presented out of time but it is just and equitable to extend time.[3]The claimant confirmed any remaining claims including that of Pregnancy/Maternity discrimination are to be argued as background only and they are dismissed (as complaints) on withdrawal.
