[1]The Tribunal orders:[2]The Claimant’s claim for victimisation on the grounds of disability, is not made out and is dismissed.[3]The Claimant’s claim for disability discrimination is well founded and made out on the grounds of Section 15 discrimination “arising from” a disability under Section 15 of the Equality Act 2010 and Sections 20 and 21 failures to make “reasonable adjustment”, and as a result I award:(i) I award the 3.1 weeks £690.52 (Gross) loss of wages.(ii) I award £2500 for the failure to make reasonable adjustments and section 15 discrimination arising from a disability. TOTAL £3190.52
