JUDGMENT
[1]The respondent made an unauthorised deduction from wages by failing to pay the claimant the full amount of wages for March 2022 up to 12 March 2022, this being the sum of £1519.18 which is the gross sum due.[2]The claimant’s claim for notice pay fails. The claimant resigned with immediate effect on 12 March 2022 and did not work for the respondent after 12 March 2022.[3]The respondent is ordered to pay to the claimant additional compensation of £843.10 pursuant to section 38 Employment Atct 2002 for failure to provide the claimant with a written statement of employment particulars.[4]The respondent has failed to provide an itemised pay statement and the Tribunal makes a declaration to that effect. No compensation is awarded to the claimant in respect of this breach.
