JUDGMENT
[1]The Claimant’s claims of unauthorised deduction of wages, failure to pay notice pay and failure to pay holiday pay are dismissed.[2]The Claimant’s claims were presented outside the applicable time limit. It was reasonably practicable for them to be presented in time and therefore the time limit cannot be extended. The tribunal does not have jurisdiction to hear these claims.[3]The claim for “Other payments” is dismissed on withdrawal.[4]For the avoidance of doubt, all the Claimant’s claims in case number 1302180/2022 are therefore dismissed.
