JUDGMENT
[1]The respondent is ordered to pay to the claimant £10,470.00. The said sum comprises the following:1.1 a net sum of £3,510.00 for failure to pay the claimant notice pay;1.2 a gross sum of £1,200.00 for failure to pay the claimant for holidays accrued but not taken at the termination of his employment;1.3 a gross sum of £960.00 for failure to pay the claimant outstanding wages1.4 a redundancy payment of £4,800.00.[2]The Recoupment Regulations do not apply.
