JUDGMENT
[1]The Claimant was unfairly dismissed by the Respondent.[2]The Claimant is entitled to be paid a redundancy payment by the Respondent, but on the basis that by virtue of this judgment he is awarded a Basic Award in respect of his claim of unfair dismissal, the value of such Basic Award being identical to the Claimant’s entitlement to a redundancy payment, there shall be a nil award in respect of the claim for a redundancy payment.[3]The Respondent is ordered to pay the Claimant the sum of £3,946.03, made up as follows:(a) Basic Award (5 x £423.07) £ 2,115.35(b) Compensatory Award (i) Loss of earnings £ 634.60 (ii) Loss of holiday pay £ 846.08 Case No. 1302159/2017 (iii) Loss of statutory rights £ 350.00 Total Compensatory Award: £ 1,830.68 Grand Total: £ 3,946.03
