JUDGMENT
[1]The respondent is ordered to pay to the claimant £4,869.10 The said sum comprises the following:1.1 a net sum of £1,000.00 for failure to pay the claimant notice pay;1.2 a gross sum of £1,606.20 for failure to pay the claimant for holidays accrued but not taken at the termination of his employment;1.3 a gross sum of £1,284.90 for failure to pay the claimant outstanding wages1.4 a redundancy payment of £978.[2]The Recoupment Regulations do not apply.
