JUDGMENT

Upon there being no attendance before the Tribunal by any party at the appointed time. And upon the Tribunal considering the information on the tribunal file. And upon the first respondent not having presented a response to the claim. And upon the claim form disclosing no cause of action against the second respondent. The judgment of the tribunal is that: -[1]Pursuant to Rule 21 of the Employment Tribunals Rules of Procedure 2013, the claimant’s claim for unpaid wages against the first respondent is well-founded and the first respondent is ordered to pay to the claimant the sum of £757.50 (net).[2]Pursuant to Rule 27(1) of the Employment Tribunals Rules of Procedure 2013, the claimant’s claim for unpaid wages against the second respondent is dismissed.[3]The sum awarded at Paragraph 1 above has been calculated net of income tax and national insurance contributions on the basis that upon payment thereof the respondent will make an appropriate and corresponding payment to HMRC.
