JUDGMENT
[1]The respondent is ordered to pay to the claimant £4,648.48. The said sum comprises the following:1.1 a net sum of £1,365.28 for failure to pay the claimant notice pay;1.2 a gross sum of £432.00 for failure to pay the claimant for holidays accrued but not taken at the termination of his employment;1.3 a gross sum of £345.60 for failure to pay the claimant outstanding wages1.4 a redundancy payment of £1814.40;1.5 £691.20 which is 4 weeks gross wages for failure to provide the claimant with a statement of his employment particulars.[2]The Recoupment Regulations do not apply.
