JUDGMENT

[1]The name of the respondent is amended to Shape Property Surveyors Limited.[2]The respondent’s application for a postponement and an extension of time to present a response is refused.[3]The claimant’s claim for damages for breach of contract of employment (notice pay) succeeds. The respondent is ordered to pay the claimant the sum of £121.53 (I day at £121.53). 4The claimant’s claim for a sum due under a contract of employment (reimbursement of expenses) succeeds. The respondent is ordered to pay the claimant £436.60 (January 2019 expenses £288.40 and February 2019 expenses £147.20).[5]The respondent failed to pay the claimant in lieu of entitlement to annual leave. The respondent is ordered to pay the claimant the gross amount of £1276.06 (10.5 days at £121.53 per day).[6]The respondent has made an unauthorised deduction from the claimant’s wages. The respondent is ordered to pay the claimant £2740.38 (11 working days from 1 to 17 February 2019 at £ 150 per day and 9 working days from 18 to 28 February 2019).
