Employment Tribunals Rules of Procedure 2013 – Rule 21 No response has been presented within the requisite time limit and on the basis of the available information before Employment Judge Lloyd; the judgment of the tribunal is that:-[1]The claimant was unfairly dismissed by the respondent. The respondent is ordered to pay him a basic award of £1467.00 and a compensatory award of £4,923.04.[2]The respondent has made an unauthorised deduction from the claimant’s wages and is ordered to pay the claimant the gross sum of £1731.35.[3]The claimant was dismissed in breach of contract in respect of notice and the respondent is ordered to pay damages to the claimant in the sum of £1846.14.[4]The respondent has failed to pay the claimant’s holiday entitlement and is ordered to pay the claimant the sum of £2584.88.[5]The hearing listed on 30 and 31 January 2019 unfairly dismissed by the respondent.is cancelled.
