Employment Tribunals Rules of Procedure 2013 – Rule 21 In default of the Respondent presenting a response withing the relevant time limit and having regard to Rule 21, Schedule 1 of the employment Tribunals (Constitution and Rules of Procedure) Regulations 2013, the Judgement of the tribunal is that:[1]The respondent has made an unauthorized deduction from the claimant’s wages and is ordered to pay the claimant the gross sum of £2291.66[2]The claimant was dismissed in breach of contract in respect of notice and the respondent is ordered to pay damages to the claimant in the sum of £458.33[3]The respondent has failed to pay the claimants holiday entitlement and is ordered to pay the claimant the sum of £1309.40[4]The hearing listed for the 27th July 2022 is cancelled.[5]The sums payable above are the gross amounts to be paid and the claimant is responsible for any income tax and National Insurance contributions thereon.
