JUDGMENT
[1]The Respondent was in breach of contract by failing to pay the Claimant’s fuel expenses incurred in the course of his employment. The Respondent is ordered to pay the Claimant damages of £562.66.[2]The Respondent was in breach of Regulation 14 (2) of the Working Time Regulations 1998 by failing to pay the Claimant 7.06 holiday pay in lieu. The Respondent is ordered to pay the Claimant damages of £767.39 (net) pursuant to Regulation 30 (3) (b) of the said Regulations.[3]The Respondent was in breach of contract and made an unauthorised deduction from wages pursuant to section 13 of the Employment Rights Act 1996 by failing to pay the Claimant for hours worked. The Respondent is ordered to pay the Claimant damages of £4,000.45 (net). Case No. 1302115/2022[4]Accordingly, the Respondent is ordered to pay to the Claimant the total sum of £5,330.50 (net).
