JUDGMENT
[1]The Claimant’s complaint of failure to pay accrued but untaken holiday pay owed on termination of employment, pursuant to Regulation 14 of the Working Time Regulations 1998, is well founded and succeeds.[2]The Respondent is ordered to pay to the Claimant the gross sum of £18.70.[3]The Respondent was in breach of its duty to give a written statement of employment particulars to the Claimant under s1 (1) of the Employment Rights Act 1996. The Respondent is ordered to pay the Claimant the sum of £403.55, being two weeks’ pay, in accordance with s38 Employment Act 2002.
