[1]The Claimant’s claim of breach of contract succeeds and the Respondent is ordered to pay her the sum of £438.16 in that regard.[2]The Claimant’s claim of unlawful deductions from wages succeeds and the Respondent is ordered to pay her the sum of £378.10 in that regard.[3]The Claimant’s claim of holiday pay succeeds and the Respondent is ordered to pay her the sum of £190.00 in that regard.[4]The award required to be made in accordance with Employment Rights Act 1996 Section 38 shall be two weeks’ pay, namely £475.00, which sum the Respondent is ordered to pay to the Claimant.
