JUDGMENT
[1]The respondent was in breach of contract by dismissing the claimant without notice. The respondent is ordered to pay to the claimant the sum of £1600 (net) by 23 August 2022, being damages for the breach of contract.[2]The claimant’s claim for unlawful deduction from wages is well founded. The respondent has made unlawful deductions from the claimant's wages by failing to pay to the claimant her full salary from 01 January 2022 to 07 February 2022. The respondent is ordered to pay to the claimant the sum of £972.10 (net) by 23 August 2022 and account to HMRC for any tax and NI due.[3]It is declared the respondent failed to provide a written statement of particulars upon promotion from 01 October 2021. The respondent is ordered to pay to the claimant the sum of £744.20 by 23 August 2022.[4]It is declared that respondent has failed to provide itemised pay statements from September 2021 to February 2022. No further loss can be quantified from this failure and therefore no award is made.
