JUDGMENT
[1]The respondent’s application for a strike out order to be made in respect of the claimant’s complaint of unfair dismissal is refused. However the claimant’s complaint of unfair dismissal has little reasonable prospect of success. The claimant is ORDERED to pay a deposit of £40 no later than 21 days from the date this Order is sent as a condition of being permitted to continue to advance this complaint. The Judge has had regard to any information available as to the claimant’s ability to comply with the order in determining the amount of the deposit.[2]The respondent’s applications for a strike out or deposit order to be made in respect of the claimant’s complaint of disability discrimination are refused.
