Employment Tribunals Rules of Procedure 2013 – Rule 21[1]The claimant was dismissed in breach of contract in respect of notice and the respondent is ordered to pay damages to the claimant in the sum of £1003.84.[2]The claimant was dismissed by reason of redundancy and is entitled to a redundancy payment of £1657.50.[3]The respondent has failed to pay the claimant’s holiday entitlement and is ordered to pay the claimant the sum of £803.04.[4]The respondent has failed to provide written terms and conditions under Section 38 of the Employment Act 2002 and is ordered to pay the claimant the sum of £501.92. As the respondent was a small employer it is not just and equitable to award a higher amount.[5]The hearing listed on 26 September 2018 is cancelled.
