[1]The correct name for the Respondent is as included within the ET3 Form, Pin-Point Recruitment Ltd and is amended with consent.[2]The Tribunal heard evidence from the Claimant, Mr Jukes on behalf of the Respondent and considered the documents sent to the Tribunal.[3]The Claimant’s claim of unlawful deductions of wages for a bonus payment of £500 is well founded and she is awarded £500 being the gross sum due.[4]The Respondent is ordered to pay the Claimant compensation for unlawful deductions in wages in the total gross sum of £500. The Respondent is required to deduct tax and national insurance due on the payment and provide details of those deductions to the Claimant.
