JUDGMENT
BY CONSENT Without prejudice to her other complaints, the claimant’s complaint of unfair dismissal will be dismissed upon withdrawal with effect on 29 November 2017, pursuant to rule 52, unless before that date the tribunal receives from her a written application from her stating something to the effect that she did not and does not wish to withdraw that complaint. Not by consent: if the tribunal receives such a written application before 29 November 2017, an Employment Judge will consider, further to the strike out warning letter dated 24 August 2017, whether or not the unfair dismissal complaint should be struck out as having no reasonable prospects of success because the claimant was employed by the respondent for less than 2 years.
