JUDGMENT

[2]Time for presentation of the response is extended to 10 November 2016. _____________________________ Employment Judge Findlay 24 February 2017[1]The claimant was unfairly dismissed by the respondent. The respondent is ordered to pay the claimant compensation of £3,076.80 calculated in accordance with the Appendix to this judgment.[2]The respondent made unlawful deductions from the claimant’s wages for the period 21 March to 1 April 2016 inclusive, contrary to s.13 Employment Rights Act 1996. By consent, the respondent is ordered to pay the claimant compensation of £345.[3]The total amount payable by the respondent to the claimant is thus £3,421.80.[4]The Recoupment Regulations do not apply to this award.
