BY CONSENT BY CONSENT, IT IS THE JUDGMENT of the Tribunal that:[1]The respondent unfairly dismissed the claimant.[2]The respondent wrongfully dismissed the claimant, in breach of contract.[3]The claimant’s dismissal was an act of discrimination arising in consequence of the claimant’s disability, contrary to s.15 of the Equality Act 2010.[4]The respondent failed to make reasonable adjustments in relation to the claimant.[5]The claimant is entitled to a remedy, which the tribunal awards in the total agreed sum of £23,500, which sum the respondent is ordered to pay him.[6]The recoupment regulations do not apply.
