I award the sum of £136.88 gross in respect of this.[2]The Tribunal declares that the respondent has failed to pay holiday pay in accordance with the Working Time Regulations 1998 and I order the respondent to pay the sum of £52.50 net to the claimant.[3]The claimant is owed the sum of £189.38 and the respondent is ordered to pay this to her immediately.[4]The hearing listed on 20 November 2017 is cancelled.
